In the last few months, the price of the Terra Hill Condo in KL has increased drastically, with prices soaring from $600,000 to $2,600,000. As of August 2018, there are already over 600 units available and are expected to sell out quickly. The property was previously known as Flynn Park and was acquired through an auction. Then, it was sold via contracts with development companies Sunway Developments and Hoi Hup Realty. The project is expected to be sold out within days.
